In a career spanning over 20 years I've provided UX, Information Architecture, and Copywriting solutions to commercial and federal clients across multiple markets. I've managed teams of designers, developers, researchers and writers; I've worked directly with CEOs, Government CORs, go-between service providers, and small business owners. And I've presented to groups of up to 50 people. (I even performed for a group of 500 a couple of times, but that's another story) My experience includes project management, sales, and creative direction, but my passions and core strengths are Usability Consulting, Information Architecture, and Copywriting.
